How do I request for reconsideration of the denial of my credential application eligibility or renewal application?

PTCB is committed to administering its credentialing programs in a fair and impartial manner. To that end, PTCB has established processes to review requests for reconsideration when an applicant is denied eligibility for an exam, recertification, or reinstatement. Requests for reconsideration must be submitted within 30 days of the date of the notification of the denial to the PTCB Help Center.
