I can’t log into my Pearson VUE Account.

If you have recently applied for certification with PTCB, your application has been approved, and you are taking a PTCB certification exam for the first time, you will receive an email* from Pearson VUE. The email will include a username and temporary password needed to schedule an exam appointment online with Pearson VUE.

Please note, when logging into Pearson VUE’s account portal, you will need to select whether you are interested in PTCB Certification Exams (PTCE & CSPT® Exam) or Practice Exam for the PTCE. Separate Pearson VUE accounts must be created when purchasing and completing a PTCE Practice Exam.

If you are experiencing difficulties with logging into your Pearson VUE account, please try resetting your login information here (using the ‘I forgot my username’ or ‘I forgot my password’ links) or contact Pearson VUE directly here.

* If you are retaking an exam or taking a new certification exam, you will not receive the email referenced above. Rather, once the authorization email from PTCB is sent to you, you can immediately go to pearsonvue.com/ptcb to login and schedule an exam appointment.
