Our program would like to become a PTCB-recognized education/training program for the Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) Program? How do I apply?

In order to become recognized by PTCB, program directors must attest that the required knowledge is included in their program’s curriculum by completing the CPhT Program Recognition Attestation Form. Program director attestations, together with independent audits, will ensure compliance with PTCB requirements and the quality of recognized programs. The required knowledge is listed on the CPhT Program Recognition Attestation Form. We expect to launch this process well ahead of 2020.
