Why can’t the credits I report through my CPE Monitor account automatically connect to my PTCB renewal application?

PTCB’s online system is not currently connected to NABP’s online system, so continuing education information entered through NABP’s CPE Monitor is not automatically transferred to your PTCB Account. For recertification and reinstatement purposes, continuing education information needs to be entered directly into your PTCB Account. We continue to look at ways for our systems to integrate in the future.
