My CE programs are being audited. What do I need to do?

You should follow the instructions provided to you in the mailed audit notification letter you have received. Please refer to the letter for specific dates related to the audit of your CE programs.

You will need to mail official documentation of your CE programs completed during your last two-year recertification cycle by the deadline listed in the notification letter.

Official documentation includes statements of credit, certifications of completion, or transcripts provided by your CE provider. If you use NABP’s CPE Monitor system and the CPE Monitor contains a record of all of your completed CE programs, PTCB prefers that you submit your CPE Monitor transcript, rather than individual statements of credit or certifications of completion.
