What if I cannot keep my exam appointment?

If you are unable to show for your exam appointment, you must cancel or reschedule the appointment no later than 24 business hours prior to your scheduled exam appointment.

For example, if your appointment is scheduled for 11:00 am on Monday, it must be canceled or rescheduled by 11:00 am the previous Friday.

Exam candidates who fail to appear for their scheduled exam appointment will forfeit all fees. Canceling and rescheduling exam appointments within the 90-day authorization period is handled directly with Pearson VUE.

If an emergency occurs on the day of your exam appointment, you may submit an Emergency Withdrawal Request.
