Why can't my students/employees schedule their exam? Why doesn't Pearson VUE have a record for them?

After creating a PTCB Account, exam candidates must take the steps necessary to apply for certification. After submitting their application, some applications will be placed in a pending status while the PTCB Certification Team reviews their eligibility to sit for the exam and/or to review special accommodations requests. Self-identify sponsors are required to login to approve candidates before the candidates can schedule a testing appointment. If you are a sponsor and need to determine your sponsored candidates’ sponsorship status, to ensure you've completed the required steps to provide sponsorship to the candidate, please log into your sponsorship account to find details regarding your sponsored candidates’ statuses.
