I forgot my password or username.

If you forgot your login information, please DO NOT create a new account. Instead, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the PTCB Account login page and click Get Started.


  1. Enter your email address and username, then click Continue.
    • If your account is found, click Send Password Reset Email on the Account Located page.
    • If no account is found, you'll be directed to the Account Creation page.

An email with instructions on how to reset your password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. If you don't receive the email, please be sure to check your spam folder.

If you need further assistance or you’ve created an account and can’t remember your username, DO NOT register as a new user. Submit a request with the following information: 

  • Your full name
  • PTCB Certification Number (if available)
  • Mailing addresses and email addresses that may be associated with your PTCB Account
