Testing Accommodations and Eligibility Determination
On your exam application, if you selected that you require testing accommodations or that you require your eligibility to be determined based on any criminal and State Board of Pharmacy registration or licensure actions, your application will remain pending until documentation is submitted and reviewed by PTCB's Certification Department.
Testing accommodations requests typically take up to 3 weeks to be reviewed and processed, once documentation is received. Once processed and approved, an email notification will be sent to you, indicating your approved accommodations, as well as your authorization to schedule your exam appointment.
Eligibility determinations typically take up to 4 weeks to be reviewed and processed, once documentation is received. If it is determined you are eligible, you will be sent an email indicating your authorization to schedule your exam appointment. If it is determined you are not eligible, you will be mailed a decision letter to your listed mailing address.
If you selected that you require testing accommodations or that you require your eligibility to be determined, but it was a mistake, please send us a help request to remove either or both selections. Once the request is received, your application will be approved (pending any other outstanding requirements, such as payment of your application fee) and you will receive an email, indicating your authorization to schedule.
If you are sponsored by your educational institution or employer, your educational institution or employer may use a sponsorship method that requires approval of your sponsorship following your application's submission. Please allow time for your sponsorship request to be reviewed by your sponsor. Any questions you may have regarding the approval of your sponsorship should be addressed to your sponsor.
