Why haven't my CE hours been transferred to my PTCB Account?

Continuing education information is not automatically transferred to PTCB's system from CE provider systems or NABP's CPE Monitor system.

You are required to enter your CE information directly into your PTCB Account in order to recertify or reinstate your PTCB certification.

You may enter your CE information at any point during your two-year certification period.

To view and enter your CE information, log into your PTCB Account and click the CE Information link (lower right area of your account homepage).

You may also enter your CE information when completing an application for recertification or reinstatement.
