Why isn't my employee ID/student ID information accepted?

If your employee ID/student ID is shown as invalid during the certification application process, your sponsor may not have provided your information to PTCB, or your sponsor may have entered your employee ID/student ID incorrectly. Please contact your sponsor directly for further assistance.

If you previously submitted an application with sponsorship and used your employee ID/student ID, but withdrew your previous application and now wish to submit a new application, you will first need to be re-approved for sponsorship by your sponsor. Each sponsorship approval is valid for one application submission. Please contact your sponsor to discuss your sponsorship.
