Why isn't my employee or student ID information accepted?

If your employee or student ID is displayed as invalid when you attempt to add it to your application, your school or employer may not have provided your information to PTCB. Please contact your school or employer directly for further assistance.

If you previously submitted an application indicating your employer or school will be paying for your exam, but withdrew your previous application and now wish to submit a new application, you will first need to be provided a new pre-approval or new voucher. Each pre-approval or voucher is valid for one application submission.
