I logged into my account, but there is no record of my certification.

If you are currently certified, but your certification information does not show within your PTCB Account, you may have created a duplicate account.

New accounts should not be created!

Your certification record can only be tied to the account that was used when you initially became certified.

If you require assistance with gaining access to your account associated with your certification, please submit a help request and choose the Renewing Certification request type. Provide the following information with your request:

  • Your full name
  • Certification number
  • Any possibly listed mailing addresses
  • Any possibly listed email addresses
  • Your preferred email address

Once your request is received, your accounts will be merged and you will be sent an email confirming your login information for your account tied to your certification.
