PTCB periodically audits a selection of Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhTs). If your candidates are selected for an audit, they may be required to provide proof of completion of your program.
To help PTCB verify the authenticity of the proof of completion, please upload a sample Certificate of Completion from your program. This can be a blank or edited version for illustrative purposes.
