Group scheduling is available for 5 or more students at a Pearson VUE testing center.
Please note: Group online proctored testing is not available due to security protocols and the nature of online testing.
To schedule a group exam:
- Student Applications: Ensure all students have applied for certification through their PTCB Account and have been authorized.
- Submit Group Details: List the first and last names of all students along with their PTCB Account Numbers (IDs) using the following forms:
- Email Forms: Send the completed forms to Pearson VUE at PVGroupReservations@Pearson.com.
Pearson VUE will reach out to you with more information after receiving your group scheduling request.
Important Notes:
- If a student requests testing accommodations, they may not be able to join the group, depending on the approval date and the specific accommodations requested.
- Group registrations cannot be rescheduled. However, you can cancel the entire group registration, or an individual candidate can cancel or reschedule their exam by contacting Pearson VUE at least one business day before the exam. Cancellations and rescheduling can be done through the Pearson VUE call center (866-902-0593) or through your PTCB Account.
