Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam® (PTCE®) scoring policies can be found in the PTCB Candidate Guidebook.
If you want to give feedback about a question on a PTCB exam, you must do it during the exam by leaving a comment. Experts and PTCB staff review all comments and make changes if needed. In rare cases, this review could change your official exam result from the one you saw at the end of your test.
You cannot challenge exam questions after the test is over. PTCB does not change scores for personal issues, hardships, or technical problems. If PTCB finds a technical or administrative error that affected your score, your exam score will be canceled, and you will get a chance to take the test again.
