My PTCB Account is missing my NABP e-Profile ID or lists an incorrect NABP e-Profile ID. How can it be updated?

You may enter your e-Profile ID by clicking “Add e-Profile ID” under the Profile Summary section of your account.

If your NABP e-Profile ID is listed incorrectly, submit a help request with a screenshot of your NABP e-Profile showing your current e-Profile ID.
