PTCB’s system is saying my NABP e-Profile ID cannot be verified. What do I do?

NABP launched a new e-Profile system on April 1, 2018. If you have not logged into your NABP e-Profile account after April 1, use these steps to re-register your e-Profile and get your e-Profile ID. After you’ve re-registered your e-Profile ID, go back to your PTCB Account and try again.

If you continue to experience difficulties, submit a help request and include a screenshot of your NABP eProfile showing your NABP eProfile ID.
