I received an 'Invalid e-Profile ID' error when adding my NABP e-Profile ID to my PTCB Account. What should I do?

If you receive an ‘Invalid e-Profile ID’ error message when attempting to add your e-Profile ID to your PTCB Account, please verify that you entered the correct NABP e-Profile ID.

If the e-Profile ID entered is correct and you are still receiving an error, make sure your birth date listed in your PTCB Account matches your birth date in your NABP e-Profile.

To verify your birth date is listed correctly within your PTCB Account, navigate to Manage Account > Update Your Profile in the side menu:

Then click ‘Additional Information’ and verify the birth date listed:

If the birth date listed in your PTCB Account is incorrect, update the birth date and click Update. Then, click Home. Once on your account homepage, click ‘Add your eProfile ID’ under the Profile Summary section and attempt to add your e-Profile ID again.

If the birth date listed in your PTCB Account is correct and you are receiving the ‘Invalid eProfile ID’ error message, your birth date may be listed incorrectly in your NABP e-Profile.

To verify the birth date listed in your NABP e-Profile, log into your NABP e-Profile and locate your birth date under the ‘My Profile Details’ section. If the birth date listed in your NABP e-Profile needs to be corrected, visit the NABP Help page to have your information updated.

If you continue to experience difficulties with adding your e-Profile ID to your PTCB Account after verifying PTCB and NABP have your correct birth date, please let us know by submitting a help request.
