You can update your contact information, billing address, additional background information, and PTCB Account password using the Update Your Profile link on your PTCB Account homepage, under the Profile Management section.
Name change requests can also be submitted through the 'Submit a Name Change Request' link. More information can be found in the Updating your Name article.
To update your PTCB Account profile information:
- Visit PTCB.org
- Click the Login button.
- Enter your login information. Click the Login button.
- Once logged in, click the 'Update Profile' link under the Profile Management section.
- Select the information you would like to update using the 'My Profile' menu on the left.
- Enter the updated information.
- Click the Update button to update the information or, If additional information needs to be updated, click Continue. If no additional information needs to be updated, click the Home button to return to your PTCB Account homepage.
Please note, to ensure the accuracy of our records, PTCB requires users to update their profile every 6 months. If you haven't logged into your account in a while, upon logging in you will be greeted by this message:
Click the Continue button to confirm or update your account information. Once you confirm your information is up-to-date, you will be able to access your PTCB Account.
