How-to: Updating PTCB Account Information

You can update your contact information, billing address, additional background information, and PTCB Account password using the Update Your Profile link on your PTCB Account homepage, under the Profile Management section.

Name change requests can also be submitted through the 'Submit a Name Change Request' link. More information can be found in the Updating your Name article.


To update your PTCB Account profile information:

  1. Visit
  2. Click the Login button. 
  3. Enter your login information. Click the Login button. 
  4. Once logged in, click the 'Update Your Profile' link under Profile Management.
  5. Select the information you would like to update using the 'My Profile' menu on the left.
  6. Enter the updated information.
  7. Click the Update button to update the information. Then click Continue to proceed through each profile information section. Once complete, click the Home button to return to your PTCB Account homepage. 

Please note, to ensure the accuracy of our records, PTCB requires users to update their profile every 6 months. If you haven't logged into your account in a while, upon logging in you will be greeted by this message, asking you to update your profile:


Click the Continue button to confirm or update your account information. Once you confirm your information is up-to-date, you will be able to access your PTCB Account.
