I was sent an email to claim a badge at my work email address, but I want to claim it under my personal email. What should I do?

You should accept the badge under your work email and then update your primary email address to your personal email within your Acclaim account.

The badge will still be associated with your account, but you will be able to log into Acclaim using your personal email address.
