As a pharmacy technician, I am unable to complete an education/training program for a particular reason. What are my options if I plan to apply for CPhT Certification?

A work experience pathway serves experienced pharmacy technicians who have not been in a position to complete a PTCB-recognized program.

When applying for CPhT certification via their online PTCB Accounts, CPhT certification candidates will attest to having completed at least 500 hours of work experience, meeting the same knowledge requirements used to evaluate recognized programs.

More information on CPhT eligibility requirements can be found here.
