If you are applying for CPhT certification and have completed work experience from an employer that is not listed, please these follow the instructions:

Log In
- Log into your PTCB Account. Enter your login information. Click Login.

Navigate
- Scroll to Earn Your CPhT Certification.
- Begin Application
- Click the Apply Now.
- Review Candidate Agreement: Review and agree to the Candidate Agreement. Then click Continue.
- Select Pathway: Select Pathway 2 and click Continue.

Add Work Experience

Click Add Work Experience.

Click Add Work Experience.

Enter Employer Name
- Enter the complete name of your employer (company/organization) and wait a few seconds.
- Do NOT hit the Enter/Return key.

DO NOT enter “Other” as the employer name.
If Employer is Not Listed:
- Confirm the employer isn’t listed in the drop-down menu before selecting Other.

Select Other ONLY if the employer is NOT listed in the drop-down menu:

Entering Work Experience
- After selecting Other from the drop-down menu, enter the name of your employer in the Other Employer Name text box. Then, enter your work experience information.
- Click Save:

Additional Work Experiences
- Repeat steps 4 to 7 if additional work experiences need to be entered.

Finalize Work Experience Entry
- After all work experiences have been added, click Continue.
You should then be able to continue to complete and submit your CPhT application. If you continue to experience difficulties, submit a help request.
