You can track your CE activities and hours in two ways:
- Review information in the NABP CPE Monitor, and
- Review information from your CE providers.
You may track, store and monitor completed CE activities from ACPE-accredited providers in CPE Monitor.
If you complete CE activities from ACPE-accredited providers, your CE information will be submitted to CPE Monitor within approximately 60 days from the date of CE activity completion.* To view your CPE Monitor transcript, please log into your NABP e-Profile account and change the date range in the search field to include activities within your renewal window. Instructions for printing a CPE Monitor transcript can be found here. Contact the CE provider if it has been more than 60 days since you submitted the necessary information for CE credit.
*You must provide your e-Profile ID and the month and date (MMDD) of your date of birth at the time you register for the course.
You will need to keep track of CE activities completed from non-ACPE-accredited providers, as they will not be reported to CPE Monitor. Currently, PTCB is not able to accurately display completed CE activities and hours within your renewal cycle on your PTCB Account homepage. This is due to CE data being stored with various organizations and providers.
