I completed a CE activity and it is not appearing in my NABP CPE Monitor transcript. What should I do?

If your CE activity does not appear in CPE Monitor, it could be due to the following reasons:

  • ACPE-accredited providers have 60 days to report CE activity to CPE Monitor, so if CEs do not appear, it is likely the provider has not yet reported the CE activity. Contact the provider to inquire about their timeline for reporting CEs to CPE Monitor.
  • Your NABP e-Profile ID and/or date of birth were entered incorrectly on the CE provider’s website. If this information does not match what is in your NABP e-Profile, the provider will be unable to finalize transmission of the CE activity. Contact the provider to confirm or update the information they have on file.
  • The CE activity was not delivered by an ACPE-accredited provider. If this is the case, you will need to manually enter your non-ACPE-accredited CEs in your PTCB renewal application.
