CPhT/CPhT-Adv recertification cycles start the next day a renewal application has been verified to meet CE requirements and end on the certification expiration date. The CPhT/CPhT-Adv recertification cycle is approximately 2 years.
CEs must be completed within the recertification cycle date range.

Reinstatement Candidates
Reinstated certificants will be granted an active CPhT/CPhT-Adv Certification status for the remaining balance of their recertification cycle, starting from the day after the application has been verified to meet CE requirements and ending on the certification expiration date.
