PTCB may audit the continuing education (CE) submitted by a CPhT at any time. PTCB typically requires that you provide continuing education (CE) proof of completion in these scenarios:
- When applying for renewal with CE activities earned from non-ACPE-accredited providers.
- If your renewal application has been returned because PTCB could not verify completion of all CE requirements.
Please note: When reviewing your CPE Monitor transcript and make sure the CPE Activity Date Range matches the recertification cycle dates of your PTCB certification. If you are unsure of your recertification cycle dates, please submit a help request.

If your completed CE hours are not reporting to your CPE Monitor transcript, your CE provider may have an option for you to either download a transcript, exam history, or certificates of completion. For faster processing, please only provide certificates of completion for the CEs that have not been reported to your CPE Monitor transcript.
NOTE: ACPE-accredited education providers have up to 60 days to report your CEs to CPE Monitor if you provided your e-Profile ID and the month and date (MMDD) of your date of birth at the time you registered for the course. If your CEs do not appear in CPE Monitor, please contact your education provider.
Acceptable documentation includes the following:
To expedite the review of your application and to ensure all files are accounted for, please combine multiple PDF files into a single document rather than individual files.
