If you do not renew your CPhT-Adv™ certification by the expiration date, your certification will expire.
Once your certification is expired, you will have one year from the listed expiration date to apply for reinstatement.
If you successfully reinstate your CPhT-Adv certification, your certification status will be updated to active through the remaining balance of the two-year recertification cycle.
If you do not reinstate your CPhT-Adv certification within one year of the certification expiration date, in order to obtain an active certification, you will need to apply for CPhT certification, meeting current eligibility requirements, and take and pass the Pharmacy Technician Certification Exam (PTCE).
