Online Proctored Testing (OnVUE) Unavailable

PTCB has elected to suspend online proctored exam delivery at this time. There is not a date planned for online proctored exam delivery to resume. PTCB currently offers only in-person testing. PTCB credential exams are delivered in-person nationwide at Pearson VUE test centers.*

As a result, if your authorization to schedule and take a PTCB exam was set to end on or after September 9, 2021, the authorization has been extended to December 31, 2021.

If you have an online proctored exam appointment scheduled on or after September 9, 2021, your OnVUE testing appointment has been cancelled and you may reschedule for an appointment at a Pearson VUE test center between now and December 31, 2021.
