I can’t locate my program on the PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program Requirement page. What are my options?

Review the PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program Directory to confirm the program is a PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program.

Selecting Your Program in the Application

Once you reach the PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program Requirement page of the application, input your program completion date and begin typing the first three (3) letters of the name of your PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program. Wait a few seconds, then select your program from the drop-down menu. Do not press "Enter." 

If your program is recognized, it will appear in the drop-down menu.

Troubleshooting Common Issues

If your program does not appear in the drop-down menu, try adjusting your browser zoom-out percentage to less than 100%, until the program results show on the page. Then reset the zoom to 100%.
