What if I can’t find my program on the PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program Requirement page?

If you’re having trouble locating your program, here are some steps to help:

Check PTCB Program Recognition Status

Review the PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program Directory to confirm the program is a PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program.

Selecting Your Program in the Application

  1. On the PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program Requirement page, enter the date you finished the program. 
  2. Start typing the first three (3) letters of the name of your PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program. 
  3. Wait a few seconds for the drop-down menu to appear, then select your program.
    Tip: Do not press Enter after typing.

If your program is recognized, it will appear in the drop-down menu.

Still Can’t Find It?

If your program does not appear, try these troubleshooting tips: 

  1. Adjust your browser zoom to less than 100%. 
  2. Check if the program now appears in the drop-down menu.
  3. Once it shows up, reset the zoom to 100%.
