You can redeem a voucher for the PTCE directly through your PTCB Account.

Log In
- Log into your PTCB Account.

Navigate
- Scroll to Earn your CPhT Credential.

Begin Application
- Click Apply Now.
- Review the Candidate Agreement: Read the entirety of the PTCB Candidate Agreement, then Agree, and click Continue.
- Select a Pathway: Select either Pathway 1 or Pathway 2, then click Continue. (This guide uses Pathway 1 as an example.)
- Enter Program Completion Date: Using the drop-down menus, enter the completion or expected completion date of your Education/Training Program.
- Choose Education Program: Begin typing the name of the PTCB-Recognized Education/Training Program. DO NOT PRESS ENTER; programs will automatically populate. Select the program from the populated list, and the program information will appear on your application, then click Continue.
- Eligibility Determination: Select your eligibility and click Continue.
- Testing Accommodations (if applicable): Select whether you need accommodations and click Continue.
- Provide Electronic Signature: Enter your full name for Electronic Signature and click Continue.
- Indicate Sponsorship: Under Exam Application - Sponsorship, select Yes (if applicable), then open the drop-down menu and select your sponsoring program, and click Continue.

Redeem voucher: Type the voucher number you received from your sponsor, then click Continue.
Note: Vouchers can ONLY be redeemed for the exam they were created for. For example: PTCE vouchers can only be redeemed for the PTCE. - Review Sponsor Terms and Conditions: Read the Sponsor Terms and Conditions, then Agree, and click Continue.
- Submit Application: Review your completed application and click Complete. You will receive an email with your authorization to schedule your exam appointment.
Important: If you have requested special accommodations or need further review of your eligibility, your application will not be approved until the additional documentation has been received and reviewed.
