Advanced |
Active CPhT who has earned the Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT-Adv).

Not currently active, but eligible for reinstatement.
Common reasons:
- Applied for recertification, but failed to meet recertification requirements.
- Failed to apply for recertification by the certification expiration date, but is currently within one year of the certification expiration date, and thus eligible to apply for reinstatement.

Not active and must reapply.
Common reasons:
- Applied for reinstatement, but failed to meet reinstatement requirements.
- Failed to apply for reinstatement within one year of the certification expiration, and thus ineligible to apply for reinstatement.

Not active. Credential is suspended.
Common reasons:
- Failed to comply with an application audit, including verification of employment or education history.
- Application fee payment failed or was incomplete.
- Disciplinary action was taken against the technician for violating PTCB’s Code of Conduct, resulting in the suspension of the credential.
