Why is my Technician Product Verification application on hold?

If you selected “completion of a state board-approved validation program” as your eligibility pathway, your application will be held until all required documentation is reviewed and approved. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing after your documentation is received. 

Examples of acceptable documentation include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Letter from your employer confirming you completed a state board-approved training program for technician product verification.
  • Documentation from your state board of pharmacy showing your employer has been granted permission to perform technician product verification duties (e.g., letter, consent order, waiver, etc.).
