PTCB released an updated official certificate and wallet card design on June 17, 2019. Certificants may access and download the certificate and wallet card from their PTCB Account. The updated certificate printed on fine paper is also available for purchase from within their PTCB Account for $15.
Examples of the new and old certificate designs are shown below, and both are valid certificates.
As always, PTCB encourages educators and employers to seek primary source verification of the certification status of a technician through our PTCB Verify Certification page or through Bulk Certification Verification.
