How can I unsubscribe from PTCB emails?

Here’s a step-by-step process to unsubscribe from PTCB emails:

  1. Choose an Unsubscribe Option
    You have two ways to update your email preferences:
    • Option 1: Click the Subscription Preferences link at the bottom of any PTCB email. 
    • Option 2: Log in to your PTCB Account. From the side menu, hover over Manage Account and select Subscription Preferences.

  1. Update Your Preferences
    • Enter your email address in the provided field.
    • Check or uncheck the types of emails you wish to receive.
    • To unsubscribe from all marketing emails, leave all options blank and check the Unsubscribe From All box.

  1. Lock In Your Choice
    Slide the lock control all the way over to confirm your preferences.
  2. Submit Changes
    Click the Submit Preferences button to finalize your selections.

 

 

Important Note: Due to legal obligations, PTCB CPhTs cannot unsubscribe from transactional messages that include important information regarding their PTCB Certification.
