How-to: Resetting Your PTCB Account Password

If you have forgotten your PTCB Account password, you can reset it using the link available on the PTCB Account login page.

8 STEPS

1. Visit PTCB.org and click the LOGIN button.

2. Navigate to the box with the text "New User? Forgot your password? Not sure if you have a login?"

3. Click the Get Started button.

4. Enter the email address associated with your PTCB Account.

5. Enter the username associated with your PTCB Account.

6. Click Continue.

7. If an account is located, use the Send Password Reset Email button to send a password reset email to the email address on file.

Use the link in the password reset email to log into your account and reset your password.

8. If no account is found with the email address or username, you can create an account.

Enter the requested information to create your PTCB Account.

To reset your PTCB Account password:

  1. Visit PTCB.org.
  2. Click Login.

  3. Click the “Forgot your password or username” link.
  4. Enter your email address or username and select that you are not a robot.
  5. If you have a PTCB Account associated with the entered email address or username, the Account Located message will show. Click Send Password Reset Email.
  6. A confirmation message will show, confirming an email has been sent to your email address on file.

  7. Check your email for the 'Password Reset' message. Note: It may take up to 30 minutes to receive the password reset email. Please do not attempt to reset your password multiple times.
  8. Click follow this link to reset your password.

  9. Enter a new password and click Continue.
  10. A 'Password Reset Success' confirmation message will show.

  11. Return to the PTCB Account login page to log into your account. 

If you do not receive the password reset email within 30 minutes, check your spam/bulk mail folder for the email. If the message has not been filtered to your spam/bulk mail folder, add contact@ptcb.org to your email address book and attempt to send the password reset email again.

 

In the event the password reset email includes an inactive hyperlink, copy the hyperlink, open a new browser tab or window, then paste the link into the address bar to reset your password.
