How-to: Printing your Certificate

Select the PTCB credential you wish to print:

CPhT, CPhT-Adv, and CSPT Certification

If actively certified with a CPhT, CPhT-Adv, or CSPT Certification, your certificate and wallet card are available to download in your PTCB Account, using the Print Certificate and Print Wallet Card links under Manage My Certifications. The certificate downloads as a PDF file.

Ordering a Certificate:

To order a paper certificate for $15, visit the Shop in your PTCB Account. side_menu_shop.png
Click Details under Certificate Reprint. certificate_reprint_.png

Click Continue. Then review the Order Summary and click Add to Cart.

Review the cart. Click Checkout, then enter your payment information, click Continue and complete your order.

Expected delivery: 3-4 weeks.

Note: If you have both the CPhT or CPhT-Adv and CSPT Certifications, select which certificate you wish order. If you would like to purchase both, place separate orders for each.

Assessment-Based Certificate Programs

If you have earned a PTCB Assessment-Based Certificate, your certificate is available to download through Credly.

PTCB Assessment-Based Certificates:

  • Billing and Reimbursement
  • Controlled Substances Diversion Prevention
  • Hazardous Drug Management
  • Immunization Administration
  • Medication History
  • Medication Therapy Management
  • Point-of-Care Testing
  • Technician Product Verification

You will receive an email notification from Credly via badge@ptcb.org with instructions for accepting your badge and setting up your Credly account.

If you have already accepted your badge or have a Credly account, log into Credly.

To print your certificate for any of the Assessment-Based Certificate programs, click "Share” after you accept the badge.

Then, click Download Certificate.
